Studio cottage with queen bed, full bath and kitchenette. Backyard area with brick patio/pergola and grill with an outdoor shower after the beach. Cottage is convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches (north and east facing) and boat ramp. Immediately across the street is a coffee/liquor shop. Public bike paths, golf courses and tennis courts are all easily accessible. See photos of particular beaches and distances from the cottage

Parking was easy. The challenge of a small home was something that the hosts totally nailed. The home was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. The decor was amazing and the use of space remarkable, especially the vertical openness. The chairs could be moved flexibly for different social situations. The bathroom and shower were perfect for us. We actually had 3 adults as our party and it was navigable... unbelievable!. The fact that the best breakfast place was across the street, and the location was ideal in Chatham made this a wonderful location. We did not get to use the outdoor areas, which would be a plus in warmer weather.
