This property is stunning! We had an extended stay during sorority work week and needed a comfortable place after long move preparing days. It felt like a little retreat on the water, close enough for convenience yet far enough to find the peace after a long day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo itself was great and very clean. We enjoyed it very much. The price was very high even though it was graduation weekend. Some charges such as VRBO fee and others were a surprise and it was not clear to me that we would be charged extra fees. Otherwise, we loved it.

I'm so glad that you had a good stay! I'm sorry if you felt misled about the fees. When booking through a third-party platform, there are often service fees and other charges that are set by the platform and are outside of our control. These fees are displayed before payment is made, allowing guests to review the total cost before completing their reservation. For future stays, booking directly is often the best way to avoid many of these additional fees. While I understand your frustration with the overall cost, those charges were not imposed by our property. Because you indicated that you enjoyed your stay, it is disappointing to receive a lower review score based on fees charged by the booking platform rather than the quality of the accommodations and experience we provided.
