Welcome to Cape Time, your serene cottage retreat in the heart of Ptown's East End! Escape to this tranquil oasis with PRIVATE patio and hot tub. Relax in the cozy living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the comfortable bedroom with plush king bed. Just a short walk from Macmillan Pier, indulge in the vibrant art scene, charming boutiques, and amazing bars and restaurants. Immerse yourself in the enchantment of Cape Time!

Cape Time is a charming cottage in Provincetown's vibrant Gallery District. Expect a sunny and beautiful space with a private patio and brand new luxury hot tub! The cottage features a cozy living room (with sleeper sofa), a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with plush king size bed, and your private patio with an exclusive use hot tub***! Enjoy a well-appointed and tranquil retreat during your stay.

***NOTE: hot tub typically closed December to March. Please confirm hot tub is open before booking.

Please note: guests use hot tub at their own risk.

Public access to the beach is just one block away!

FOR GUESTS WITH PETS -

• Please keep your dog leashed anytime they’re in the common areas (yard, walkways, etc.).
• Please make sure bathroom breaks happen off-property.
• If an accident does happen, no worries — just please clean it up right away and dispose of waste in an outdoor trash bin.
• Please help ensure barking is kept to a minimum. If your dog is sensitive to outside noise or reactive to activity around the cottage, we’ve found it helpful to keep our pup in the bedroom with the noise machine on.
• If your dog is wet, sandy, or muddy after beach time or outdoor adventures, please be sure to towel-dry or wipe them down before going back inside 😊

Incredible stay mere feet from Commercial Street! Brady and Joe have the perfect oasis in Ptown. A lovely little property where you can rest, relax, recharge, and have a great time! They were so accommodating and could not recommend them enough!

I had the privilege of staying here with my fiancée for a few nights during a crisp October weekend. To say it was one of my favorite places would be an understatement. The level of customer/guest service was beyond what I had ever seen, including the impeccable cleanliness, the tasteful nautical decor, and the thoughtful gifts from the owners, all of which made us feel right at home for our stay. The house is set back in a quiet little neighborhood, ideal for peace and quiet, but is easily walkable to the beach and main streets, making it convenient if you want to catch all the action downtown. The weekend we went happened to be in the midst of a New England storm (typical) full of heavy downpours and gusty winds, so luckily we had the hot tub directly outside to keep us toasty. It is quite the amenity and I felt like royalty lounging in it. Speaking of toasty- there is a sleek electric fireplace in the living room that I made sure to use as I was allured by all the display colors and strong heat. We were treated to a giant bed with a mattress to-die-for. It wasn’t such a bad thing we were stuck in the house all weekend due to the weather because the bed, fireplace, and hot tub were their very own attractions. We were so lucky to score this place and 10/10 recommend to all who are interested. We certainly will be coming back in the future!
