Our check out time is 11am. If you could wash the dishes and collect all the garbage in the trash can. We do all the cleaning and everything else. Please don’t leave any garbage bags on the porch.
Please switch lights and AC/Heating OFF and leave the key on the table. Make sure the hot tub lid is closed and the gate is closed.

When we are not enjoying our time at home, we like to spend time in nature and love to travel.

What makes this property unique

The studio is a quiet space , perfect for unwinding and relaxing. It is very centrally located, 3 minutes away from stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails , yet tucked away into a very quiet neighborhood.

The studio is attached to the main house behind the garage, completely separate with private entry, patio and private hot tub.
The space is perfect for 1 or 2 people .
It is not suitable for children under 10.
Please no pets.

Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask to not play music in the hot tub area and refrain from loud noises.
No smoking or vaping on premises.
