We rented both Duval and Fun & Games for our group of 24. It exceeded our expectations! Poperties were clean, well-maintained, and plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably while still allowing privacy.The kitchens were well-equipped, and beds were comfy! Having 2 homes next to each other worked out great for our large group.Hosts were friendly, responsive, & made the process smooth from booking through checkout. Communication was excellent, & were always quick to answer questions, concerns, & solutions. They offered great recommendations for food & fun things to do.Homes were easy to find, no cliff roads to get to the home, if that bothers you. We made many wonderful memories enjoying the pools, the game room, & relaxing on the decks while taking in the views. We left with unforgettable memories, we'd book these homes again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for the perfect place for a family vacation or group getaway, don't hesitate!One suggestion for the owners, would be to have on hand, a baby gate that is long enough to block off the stairs if needed. One of our family members brought one from home, but wasn't long enough to cover the wide stair cases.The location was perfect to get to everything we wanted. We enjoyed Dollywood (20 min) Comedy Barn, The Island, Dolly Parton's Stampede (15 min) Gatlinburg was 30 min, and Sugarlands Visitor Center for hiking, was 35 min for us during the 4th of July week! Don't hesitate on these homes!
