Upon booking your reservation with VRBO our property management company Cabo Leisure will reach out to you via the email you have on file with VRBO. The property manager is your local resource during your stay and will work directly with you to coordinate your arrival time to Marina Sol, assist in booking an airport shuttle if needed, coordinate gate card deposit, beach chairs and umbrella rentals if needed, intro to Marina Sol concierge service and much more.

This is a privately owned unit within the Marina Sol, offering all the benefits of a resort stay with the comfort of a condo. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 gated security and personalized recommendations from our friendly concierge team. We are situated in the ideal location, near Medano Beach, popular restaurants with live music, the Marina, and downtown. This is a second floor walk up unit.

Please note this is not a hotel and we do not provide daily or weekly maid service. If you would like to schedule a cleaning we can have our property manager arrange one for you in advance for a $75 USD fee paid directly to the property manager. Please note the condo must be vacant for the cleaners to come in and do the cleaning and it must be arranged a few days in advance.
