The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the AC is turned up to 82 degrees
All sheets put in the main bathtub and all used towels on the floor in the main bathroom
Make sure all trash in house is takin to the garbage and make sure garbage in securely closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family has enjoyed this cabin for the past 6 years. This is such a great place to get away from the chaos in our life and just unwind. The Toccoa River is an awesome fishery and we always enjoy getting a line wet.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It is such an awesome place to just get away. Also you can't ask for a better river to enjoy than the Toccoa River, weather its fishing, rafting, or just wading through the water at low flow times, it doesn't get any better than this.

What makes this property unique

This property is a great place to get away for a week and spend time with your friends and family. Wake up and enjoy having your coffee on the front deck. Next head down to the river and spend some time fishing and wading through the water. Take the family to downtown Blue Ridge and enjoy going through all the shops. Enjoy a nice dinner in Blue Ridge or come back to the cabin and cook up a nice meal. End the night off by relaxing in the hot tub, and when done their, gather up the family and enjoy a movie in you private Movie Theater.
