This rental is a gem! Great space that was very clean with a minimalist style and very comfortable. Our stay was for the Marine Corp Marathon and the location was great and a short walk to the Iwo Jima monument. A real plus was the little store and Quarterdeck restaurant that were a close stroll away. Bed was comfortable and heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Pros: nice s/s appliances, well stocked kitchen, good location, nice shower, reasonable view. Cons: terrible bed with a valley in the middle, no drawers for clothes, rickety furniture, stained rug, no vanity to put bathroom items on.

We had an excellent two-night stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite amenities was having a washer and dryer in the room, which made our trip much more convenient. The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the Metro rail station and many of the area's main attractions, making it simple to get around without a car.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.
