The hosts are wonderful. Very welcoming! The unit itself is beautiful! Immaculately clean and decorated in a beachy theme. And it’s right on Boca Ciega Bay with the skyline of St. Pete in the distance.

The condo has a beautiful view of the bay from both the living room and the bedroom. I loved the balcony. There are 2 beds in the bedroom - one is hard and one is soft, which is great if you have a preference. The building is on the older side, but the inside of the condo has been recently remodeled and is very comfortable and clean. Nice pool and a great value.

We spent the month of April in Wayne’s condo & it was wonderful. The location on Box Ciega Bay was perfect as we watched dolphins, birds & boats everyday from the balcony. His condo is clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. He provided everything needed for our stay and for us to go to the beach…sun shade, sand sheet, umbrellas & a cooler. St Pete Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Beds were very comfortable & so was the brand new sofa sleeper. We enjoyed the sparkling clean pool &hot tub as well.He was excellent in communicating with us & he is very kind.We loved our stay in his condo. Already booked it again for next year!
