Beautiful 5 BR/3 Ba home in stunning surroundings! Enjoy the lakefront, firepit, hot tub and large, welcoming interior. Fully-equipped kitchen and dining table large enough for a crowd! Basement has foosball, air hockey, and a stand-alone video game console. The dock is equipped with paddleboards and canoe. Quiet family neighborhood (no loud parties, please).

We are Terry and Susan Seaman, and we live in Knoxville. My husband is an avid water-skier and has been skiing on Melton Hill Lake for over 50 years. We have very special memories on this property and invite you to make some of your own!
We love hosting and have a long history of hospitality - from hosting huge family gatherings to running our home as a temporary Bed & Breakfast during NASCAR weekends when we lived near Bristol, TN.

Melton Hill is very quiet compared to other area lakes, and yet it's close enough to be totally accessible to Knoxville.
