This lovely apartment is just 20 minutes from the beach, Downtown 11 minutes, town center 15 minutes, 2-95 and I-95 10 minutes. Jacksonville University 5 minutes away(No pets, please)

The place was clean and the communication with the host was exceptional. The hot plate/stove like appliance was not optimal. Fortunately the grill in the back was accessible and easy to utilize. The location was very convenient for the purpose of my stay. I would definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity arises!
