No smoking inside the house (smoking allowed outdoors only)
No parties or unauthorized guests
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pets allowed only with prior approval
Respect our neighbors and treat the home as if it were your own
Fishing from the dock is allowed, however please be mindful of the neighbor’s boats and avoid casting near their boats to prevent any damage.

** A/C Use **
The A/C is preset for your comfort, but feel free to adjust it between 72–78°F based on your preference. Please keep windows and doors closed while the A/C is running.

** Trash & Recycling **
Trash goes in the outdoor trash bin.
Glass, plastic, and paper without grease go in the blue recycling bins.

** Before You Leave **
Please either wash your dishes and leave them to dry on the drying mat on the counter, or load them in the dishwasher, use the provided pods under the large kitchen sink cabinet, and start the dishwasher
Dispose of trash in the outdoor bins
Please leave sheets and linens on the beds. Place used towels in the bathroom for our cleaning team to collect.

Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked
Double-check you’ve packed all personal items
Lock the front door behind you

For early check-ins or late check-outs, please contact us in advance - we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Please rinse off sand before entering to help keep the space clean.
Do not hang wet towels or clothing over railings or balconies.
Complimentary coffee, sugar, and basic cooking spices are provided - please clean up after use.
Clean up any spills promptly to help maintain the home.

Violating these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the reservation.

For safety and liability purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the pool Slide area, dock, and exterior perimeter. Cameras are strictly exterior only, do not record audio, and do not monitor any interior spaces.
