Two story loft condo , recent renovation , minimal interior design and a great location close to trendy restaurants , bars coffe shops , shooping malls , convenience store , drugstore and a hospital .
This condo is located in one of the zones with more value in Cancun and just 10 minutes from the beach .
The Condo has wi-fi 2 bedrooms on the second floor ,each bedroom with a queen sized bed .tv. a full bathroom and mini split air conditioner . The first floor has mini split a/c . half bath dinning room , built in kitchen fully equipped , a nice litle terrace. the living room has a sofa bed ideal for a couple.
The common amenities are excellent as they have a playroom. meeting room , 2 swimming pool , kids room , gym , basketball court gardens and security 24/7
