Walkable to Whole Foods and neighborhoods restaurants and shops. Less than 30 minutes to both Denver and Boulder. Within one hour to the slopes at Eldora Mountain Resort. Furnished with 2 twin beds (New Dreamcloud mattresses purchased 6/6/2022) and newly upgraded sleeper loveseat (sleeps 1 adult). Flatscreen TV with DishTV and high speed wireless internet. This apartment has one flight of stairs to private entrance.

The communication for arrival and check out was clear. Property location is convenient to many places in Colorado. The neighborhood trails were a bonus including the wildlife along the way. The listing was on par and wonderful for a weekend getaway, or longer stay!

This is a cute little upstairs apartment. All twin beds, but a huge bathroom and closet with a full kitchen. Great hosts, easy to work with.

The space was impressively clean when we arrived. I traveled with my daughter and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything or had questions during our stay. We stayed for 9 nights, so used pretty much every amenity, cooking dinner most nights, and never had any issues. The neighborhood is also super cute!

Excellent property! Located close to the train station and other shopping things in Broomfield and Westminster! Check in/out was very simple, and the hosts were awesome, responding to questions very quickly. Highly recommend!

Spotless and comfortable. Many extras like filtered, cold water, soaps and lotion, walk-in closet, big towels, extra blankets. All the little things add up. We will stay here again. Great view of the mountains at the end of the street!

The unit was immaculately clean. We didn’t really cook in the kitchen but only had coffee in the morning and bedtime snacks. Checking in was easy after I connected to the WiFi from outside the unit. The location was great for me because my daughter lives 5 minutes away. The beds were adequately comfortable but the pillows were not as good. The stairs were a tricky at the top where the air conditioner is sticking out.
