This luxurious waterfront villa in the heart of Cape Coral and with
plenty features is perfect for a vacation in sunny Florida. It has
various space for friends or families up to 10 people.

The accommodation offers a spacious and modern interior on two floors
with comfortable five bedrooms (4 king bed and 1 queen bed). There are
a total of four bathrooms and one pool bath room with an extra shower.

Don’t miss the fully equipped, modern and open kitchen including a
Nespresso machine and a dining table for up to ten people, that
provides our guests a full comfort and the highest standards already in
the morning.

The high ceilings and open design contribute to a sense of ease and
airiness, while the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views to the
Thunderbird Lake, the surrounding area, as well as stunning sunsets.

For more relaxation, there is a huge screened outdoor area, which is
connected to the living room with high glass-doors that can be fully
opened. In the incredible pool including a spa which uses saltwater
electrolysis or on the sun loungers, you can enjoy the beautiful
waterfront setting with a glass of wine.

The fireplace and a chill-out area with a TV ensure a cozy ambiance,
perfect for gathering around in the evenings. The outdoor kitchen and
dining area are perfect for a delicious BBQ and a get together.

Should you be interested in renting a boat for outdoor activities, the
villa also has its own private boat dock.

The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, along with the various
amenities, creates an impressive and elegant environment for a
memorable vacation or getaway.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
