Discover our charming oceanfront vacation rental condo on beautiful Amelia Island, FL! This condominium located at Oceans Of Amelia is a vintage style rental with a more traditional feel. Cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. Relax in the master suite with a comfortable queen bed, while the guest bedroom features a convenient full-size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided with a pull-out sofa in the living room. With its prime location and inviting atmosphere, our condo is the perfect seaside getaway with the beach being just step from your door.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. 7' Garage Clearance. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Amazing location

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also the kitchen was very well stocked for just about any meal you’d like to make. I love the location and that’s the reason we try to book at Oceans of Amelia. The property managers are the best!

Great view. Needs updating

This property had an excellent view. Loved that it was right on the ocean. With that being said, it is in great need of updating. Taking up carpet and putting down LVP or tile would go a long way to make this rental more appealing. It also needs light blocking shades especially during turtle nesting season.

Photos are deceiving. It is in a bad need of updating. Sheetrock was visible under exterior windows due to water damage. Bath fixtures were caulked to the sheetrock. I am over critical because I am a builder, but it needs work.

Beautiful views

Gorgeous windows overlooking the ocean! The property is dated but in generally good condition. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with the 2 bedrooms. I had a couple of questions before my arrival which were not answered in a timely manner, but otherwise all was well organized.

Perfect place and a wonderful condo

Really close to beach with a great view.

I loved the property. Really easy to get to beach. Only bad thing you have 1 parking place at property and it is very small spaces. Overall very nice place to stay.

Poorly cleaned

There was hair in the hall bathroom shower, stains on the towels and furniture, there was toenail clippings on the couch. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage desposal. The location was great and the view was also.
