Welcome to our charming oceanfront vacation rental condo nestled on Amelia Island at Oceans of Amelia. This cozy and homey retreat offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the ocean just steps away from your door. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a queen bed in the master suite and two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, our condo is perfect for families or small groups. The open kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere of Amelia Island.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Great place right on the beach

We absolutely loved this place. Did not want to leave. The beach was literally right outside, the layout of the condo was great as well, with amazing views of the ocean.

Great view of the sun rise and easy access to the beach. Close to everything you need. Location was great. If we stay at these condos again, I would probably pick one without carpet. A great plus was the kitchen was full of all the cookware you would need.

The view is on all along the backside of the condo and it is amazing!! Nothing like waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony viewing the ocean. The property is clean, but did smell a little musty, Lysol cleared it up. The property is convenient to everything!!

Beautiful stay right on the beach!

The property is beautiful and it was perfect to be right on the beach. We were on the 3rd floor so the elevator was great for carting luggage and beach gear back and forth! The twin beds weren’t the most comfortable, but that’s really the only complaint my companions and I had. This beach was not crowded at all in the middle of the summer and the island was a perfect getaway. Great places to eat (Sliders & Brett’s Waterway restaurants were so good!) and good coffee shops and ice cream shops in the historic downtown area. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing, less touristy type vacation. This place was perfect for us.

Lovely Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay in this property; however the carpet needs to be replaced it is very worn and cleaning is no longer an option. The twin beds were extremely uncomfortable not allowing for a good nights rest. The blinds also need to be replaced we could not easily open and close so the remained open the entire stay. If these things were addressed I would easily give it a 5 star because the views are amazing.

Would be a 5 star

Our stay was great! Room was wonderful an very clean! The only improvement they need to make is putting beach chairs out for thier guests. Sometimes when you travel you don't have the extra room to bring them . I purchased mine on the island an had to leave it on the island 😟
