The cheerful casual charm of San Remo 304 is sure to get rid of the blues! A vacation at this 1 bedroom South Walton vacation rental is truly a retreat from the ordinary. Each space features unique décor and lullabies courtesy of the soothing Gulf of Mexico. Special extras like a kid's bunk area, plus, the primary suite offers its lucky guests the chance to unwind in the serenity of the private bathroom tub.
Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub.
Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sun-kissed memories on the shores of the Gulf where Free Seasonal Beach Service is provided at the designated beach area. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV

Very nice property, good location. Wish there was a “no Bluetooth speakers and no dogs rule” too much noise for my liking. Too often awakened by screaming kids, loud Bluetooth speakers by the pool and barking dogs.
Don’t want to always have to listen to other peoples country music when at the pool. Very nice condo and amenities!

Gorgeous view!
Let me start by saying that this property has an absolutely beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. It fell short in a few areas that I was disappointed about as the reviews were slightly deceiving I feel. To put it simply it was just dirty. The rugs were filthy. There were some really yucky looking stains under the bunk areas that looked super questionable. There is absolutely nowhere to hang anything like towels or wet swimsuits so that was a pretty big downfall and no storage really in the bathroom as far as shelving goes or anywhere to put anything. Overall considering it included beach service and the view was stunning I’d say it’s worth the price. We personally probably would not stay in this particular unit again unless they got rid of the rugs or had them professionally cleaned, and had whatever those weird stains were under the bunks cleaned. No matter what the price, I should never have to come in and clean a vacation rental myself.
This was a very cute little condo, perfect size for my husband, baby, and me. The location is awesome. You feel like you have a somewhat private beach and it’s a short walk down. The batteries for the keypad on the front door were running low and the staff replaced them promptly. My only complaint is that the TV barely worked and would freeze or turn off randomly. That wasn’t a huge problem because we weren’t in the condo much anyway.
I took my daughters for a beach vacation and we were referred to Santa Rosa and your condo/website and it felt like home. We loved the area and condo. The condo was beautiful and we had delicious family dinners there. Thank you for everything
We love San Remo! This is our 13th year staying here. First time in this unit. It was nice but the living room furniture could use some updating. Not so comfortable.
The condo was fantastic, clean and convenient. The property was like a resort, with a beautiful pool and convenient access to the beach. We can't wait to return!
The unit is every bit as nice as described. Everything was clean and well appointed. The beach is a short distance on the boardwalk. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Management was very helpful when I discovered I left an item in the unit after I checked out. They reactivated the door code so I could recover the item I left behind without a lot hassle. Thank You.
This was the perfect getaway for my wife and I, with easy check in and out, along with super easy access to the beach, and a premier location on 30A! We will definitely be using this location for future getaways!

Love San Remo! Always a good view and always very clean grounds. A very well stocked condo. This one is perfect for a couple or a small family. Take your own blow dryer and although the patio furniture is workable some updates would be nice ! Thank you NEwman Daily for another perfect stay !!!!

Beautiful spot
Had a great stay. The condo was comfortably sized for a week at the beach for my husband and me. Easy access to the beach, large clean pool and hot tub. King size bed in the master was comfortable, firm but not too firm. Having 2 full bathrooms was a nice bonus to the space. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The beach view was as advertised in the listing. We plan to return to this condo again in the future. It was a perfect fit for us!
