Everything was good. It is nice place that can accommodate 7 bedrooms. Where else u get 7 bedrooms for kids friends who want their own room. Felt very safe. Not a bad thing but not walkable beach for anyone who can’t do steps.

PR Christmas Family Vacay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property manager and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—perfect for exploring the city of San Juan and enjoying the nearby beaches. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Large enough for all of us (18), comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, outdoor patio, private pool heated, washer/dryer, five bathrooms, walking distance to beach and restaurants, very nice property management and response.Cons: predominantly cold showers/ water heater not big enough for a large groups?, noise level especially for sleeping over the top since property is on a major highway, upon arrival.. issues with three doors (fixed the following day by very nice and courteous management).We are a multi-generational family with 11 grandkids. The heated pool was especially convenient with the younger children.. daytime and night time! We enjoyed a few days together celebrating the holidays in Puerto Rico since we are scattered in different states back home. Short distance to airport, ability to walk to beach and restaurants, use Ubers /taxis instead of car rentals were appreciated. Conveniences!

Family Vacation

Stay and location was great. Very clean and AC worked great. The management team was great to work with. We would stay there again even though when taking a shower the temperature of the water was either extremely very hot or cold the temperature was difficult to adjust.

Girls weekend

Several of us traveled to PR to attend a concert of our favorite artist at the Coca Cola Music Hall. The house was great for us and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very attentive to our questions. Great location although in a busy area we felt quite safe and secure.

We had a great time at this property. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out to enjoy great conversation or join together on the rooftop to listen to music and share a meal. Awesome location close to the beach and places to eat. Highly recommend.

Amazing time

Our family of 13 stayed here for our vacation and first visit to San Juan. We had 8 Adults, and children that ranged from almost 2-5. They had a blast in the pool, enjoyed cooking on the grill outside. The engaged couple and my niece who is 20 stayed up stairs. About the only issue we had was w/ hot water, and that could be just b/c there were 13 of us and we might not have timed showers the best. Seemed to have hotter water downstairs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. We did leave an iguana stuffed animal there, and they said they will send it to us, which will make one of my nephews days.

Great house for multiple couples

The online description of the property was spot on. Had most of what was needed. Food store was not far away along with the beach and tourist stores. A bit close to the highway as there was traffic noise but not to bad inside the house. Thank you for a great place for a few couples to hang.

It is difficult to locate with GPS. Use the links in booking.The layout of the place is disjointed. There is no place for everyone to eat together/be in the same space for a group larger than 10; nor can everyone layout by the pool.We could not get many of the TVsHouse could use some TLC. Garage door only worked with the remote, so if it was in the vehicle that was not there, you could not open or close.

Our Stay at Isla Verde house

Property was fantastic, location was very convenient, and amenities were great. Only issue was maybe some insects that were biting us at night in several bedrooms. I think the owner needs to get this issue checked out before having others stay, in case it is a more extensive issue. Also the water pressure could improve in some showers, but this may be outside of the owner's control.

Too noisey

The stay way unenjoyable. The trafic noise was awful. The pool never heated up. I could not even have my birthday dinner there because of the traffic noise. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The house is 30 feet from the expressway 26 major road awful noise. I am very disappointed for the price I feel I got robbed. Do not stay here....

Great location

Great location, easy to access main roadways. We had to provide our own toilet paper once their supply ran out, which was one roll per bathroom in the house. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings. After some difficulty in connecting with the actual hosts, they were responsive to our needs via WhatsApp. Be sure to connect with Evolve to be able to communicate with the actual hosts which is another third party to Evolve. Would recommend as long as you understand you may not connect with actual hosts until right at the time of check in.

Our stay in this home was good. The space was great for my family. The home is in need of some serious TLC. Some small updates will go a long way (especially the bathrooms). There were a few rooms that were extremely warm, so we reached out to the caregiver. There was a new ac unit Iinstalled the next day. Amazing customer service. We also battled ants during our visit but the caregiver attempted to address that as well. The house is close to the highway and a short walk to the beach. When we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the pool at the house. Having the grills available was also great. I would consider renting this home again.

Bachelor Trip/Party

I booked this property for myself and six friends for a bachelor retreat. I was apprehensive about booking at first not being sure if the pictures were accurate, but the pics don’t do the property justice. I got a lot of praise from everyone because the property was awesome and everyone was very comfortable. We all had our own space and plenty of room to fellowship when we wanted. The property is walking distance from restaurants, bars, and Isla Verde beach. The airport is about 10 minutes away as well. We were able to cook breakfast at the house as the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Water was hot and pressure was great. The worst thing I can say about the property is that the side door slams if you don’t catch it when it closes. Other than that we had an awesome experience and we’re able to send our friend off to matrimony the right way. Thank you!
