About this property
Our little dream oasis, sun beach and baseball!
There's nothing like a Gulf Coast vacation and our newly renovated place is perfectly located to enjoy it all! Dunedin has dining, wine bars & microbreweries, nightly entertainment, a farmer's market, an art scene, endless shops, and spring training baseball. There are also nearby beaches, parks and trails, tennis and golf, truly an outdoor lover's paradise.
Our town is right on the water and has a fabulous vibe that is reminiscent of old Florida. We love it here and hope that you will too!
Our place is completely renovated and beautifully appointed with brand new furniture. It's a cozy space inside and has a pair of french doors that open to a lovely patio for you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
There's a 47" flat screen TV and a super comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an open floor plan here and the adjacent dining area has seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, and has everything you'll need to grab a snack or prepare a meal.
The bedroom has a brand new queen mattress, with a comfy topper and beautiful linens. There's a large bureau and huge closet for you to store all of your things. The unit has a washer and dryer located directly adjacent to the brand new bathroom.
In addition, just a few steps from our front door is a large pool area, with a gas grill, a fire pit and a small fitness center that you are more than welcome to use.
