Hi! My wife and I are from the area and are excited to be putting our home up on VRBO! My wife is a nurse and I work in marketing, and we moved a little more south (still in Indiana) to be closer to work. We like providing different food recommendations based on price or preference, and come up to South Bend very frequently to visit family and friends.
Why they chose this property
When we were looking to settle and start a family, we found this neighborhood to be very calm and friendly. We were surprised to see our neighbors walking their pets any time of the day, happy that we have a park within walking distance, and so close to everything. It’s nice to have great neighbors, plenty of parking space, and a short driving distance to almost anything that you would want.
What makes this property unique
We never intended to make our property a rental, so all the upgrades we’ve implemented to our house have been with the intention of longevity and convenience. That’s evidenced by the custom, hard wood kitchen cabinets we had made, converting our stove from electric to Gas (our experience is better/even cooking), and all the new/newer improvements we’ve made, from an updated, large water softener (South Bend has notoriously hard water) to a new dishwasher, food disposal, and other cosmetic updates.
