I was born and raised in Florida and enjoy hosting villas in The Villages and now a beachfront condo in Panama City Beach. My husband and I work together to provide comfortable short-term rentals for visitors so they can enjoy these areas as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Panama City Beach has so much to offer from state parks, the beach, dining, water parks, shopping, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, and Top Golf to name a few. This particular condo is close to Pier park, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and dozens of restaurants -yet fare enough from the busiest spring break zones to keep things calm and family-friendly.

Our condo in Grandview East is spacious with 1,559 sq ft which is noticeably larger than most condos in Panama City Beach offering plenty of room for family and friends. With only 60 units in the complex guests can enjoy an uncrowded beachfront giving them space to breathe, relax, and play.
