Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant and we had to end it early and book another VRBO in the area. The Wi-Fi was not operating and we had to contact the host and correct the problem ourselves while gaining access to a basement area. This is a mountain property and is very cold in the mornings and the heater for the home was not working. There were mice droppings in the beds and around the interior of the home along with spider webs and dust everywhere. I understand the host had personal things going on but the home should not have been in VRBO and available for rent. Very unpleasant! We are still trying to obtain our credit back from VRBO!
