Blue Island at Marathon is a luxury oceanfront retreat in the heart of the Florida Keys, just minutes from Sombrero Beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views from bed, enjoy direct ocean access from your private 75-foot dock, and relax with resort-style amenities designed for unforgettable family vacations.

Guests enjoy a heated pool and spa, mini golf, kayaks, billiards, a fitness area, karaoke, outdoor dining, a fire pit, and multiple entertainment spaces. Fish from the dock, launch a kayak from the backyard, or take a short 3-minute drive (or 10–13 minute walk) to the famous Sombrero Beach.

A personalized welcome card, a complimentary Publix gift card for last-minute essentials, bottled water, and a bottle of wine or champagne will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Payment Information: Only 30% is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Vrbo charges its service fee separately from the rental amount.

This house is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our multigenerational trip. We had an amazing trip with our extended family, age 80 to one years old. (Everything we needed for a toddler was available !) The property is very clean, modern furnishings and appliances. The view is amazing out to the Atlantic Ocean. The pool, hot tub and landscape in the backyard are stunning! . The dock was perfect for our boat and fishing. Each room was beautiful with elegant bedding! The host went above and beyond with our welcome package for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and was available all week to answer our questions! Wish we could do the trip all over again!
