Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Palm Springs' most desirable neighborhood at the foot of the Mt. San Jacinto mountains. With an emphasis on indoor/outdoor entertaining, the spacious living room and dining area open to a covered patio and heated, 40 foot pool and hot, therapy spa beyond. The dreamy, minty, Big Chill kitchen is a perfect convergence of 20th and 21st centuries; retro meets classic. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, your enjoyment is our priority. A 2-car garage, two dining patios, gas grill, pool floats and yoga mats are sure to please. You will be steps from coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, gift shops and museums and an easy drive to Coachella Valley golf, tennis, hiking, Joshua Tree National Monument, Acrisure Arena, casinos and theaters. Villa Campana sleeps eight plus invites two additional children under age 13 at no charge. Roll away beds, portable cribs and high chairs are available on request.

Trash cans are located on far right side of garage. Brown can: normal refuse. Blue can: glass and paper recyclables. (Break down boxes.)Green can: vegetation & food waste. (City rolls out cans.)

Hands down, this is the best rental we’ve ever had! If you want the full Palm Springs experience, book this! The location is unbeatable! Walkability to shops, galleries, restaurants and coffee shops. Or stroll along the endless beautiful residential streets to get your fill of gorgeous properties. The view is amazing! The house is chic and well appointed. The hosts are so attentive and really just think of every detail. I can’t say enough. My family of five - including 3 teens - absolutely loved this place.

We spent an extended weekend with my kids and granddaughter in March 2026. What a wonderful family home this is! The smart floorplan meant there was a quiet spot for the baby to nap. The kitchen is beautifully updated and well appointed, while keeping with the mid-century vibe. The outdoor areas are perfect for spending time together. And the location, a short walk to downtown, is ideal. We will definitely make a plan to visit again!
