2. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the lofts. We have advance tech sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette & marijuana smoke . We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee.

3. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible.

4. Please be mindful of white linens and towels, extra cleaning fee may be applied for permanently stained linens or towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable—especially for New Year’s Eve.Upon arrival, the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor. The dishwasher was backed up and not functioning, and the couch had visible stains, which made the space feel unclean. Additionally, there was an ongoing issue with the bathroom water temperature—the hot water would not stay hot long enough to comfortably shower.I immediately notified management of these concerns, hoping for assistance. Instead, the response I received was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told that “if you don’t like it, you can leave.” Given the tone of the response, I felt uncomfortable raising any further concerns.For all of these issues combined, management offered 25 off the stay, which felt insulting considering the circumstances and timing.This experience fell far below expectations for a VRBO property. Cleanliness, basic functionality, and respectful communication should be standard—especially during a holiday stay. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Unfortunately & dishearteningly, this is a dishonest review. Kevin initially reported issues like 2 hairs (close up photos) in the bathtub and stain on the sofa. But when we said we are sending someone right away he mentioned "we cleaned it up now". When we eventually entered the unit on the 3rd issue, we were prepared to deal with the stain on the sofa but did not find any. Also, did not notice any smell. He was very rude of an employee making fun of their accent. There is no hot water issue in the unit. He reported hot water in the kitchen but not in the shower. It was not possible due to heater being the same and we verified it later as well. Everything is working as expected. All these ISSUES WERE MADE UP to get a REFUND. I guess other hosts get afraid and refund but we dont unless its a genuine case. Also, at the end we mentioned something like we are willing to refund 100% of your stay because it looks like you are not happy here and something keeps on coming up and never said something like "if you don’t like it, you can leave". We were sincerely giving them an option if they were thinking we got stuck here since they already paid. One last thing, we found them stealing one of our hangers from the closet. As soon as they saw we have seen them, they returned it to us. Anyways, I will not trust them with my home at all. They are just there trying to get refunds to lower their rental costs. We truly care for our guests and do not want folks who take advantage of this.
