About this property

Minutes to Beale 4BR/3BA SFH

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was Rehabbed in 2023, however still retains a turn of the century craftsman charm. Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.

Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.

Great place to stay in Memphis

Very clean and updated home. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Nice layout, plenty of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice main area to hang out and visit.

Amazing Experience

The home is gorgeous and was a perfect fit for my family trip. Communication with the owner was phenomenal. We will be staying here again. If you are in Uptown Memphis this is the perfect place to stay!

Great experience

The house is excellent, clean, nicely appointed. It is very close to Beale St and downtown. The neighborhood is some what ify but up and coming. Overall we would stay there again! Owner easy to communicate with, responsive.

Girls Nashville Trip

Our trip was hindered by sickness and weather but those that were able to come had an awesome time. The house was perfect for our needs and the host went above and beyond with communication. If I had one suggestion it would be to add hooks in the bathrooms for clothes or towels. Great accommodations and would definitely recommend and return.

Beale Street Blues

House is very nice. Plenty of room/space. My family and i stayed one night on our way to Mississippi to see extended family. One of my family members dropped her wallet , which was picked up by next door neighbor. The host then emailed me to let me know where to pickup the wallet! The communication and honesty was greatly appreciated

An older house with extensive interior renovations throughout Close to Bass Pro and Shriner's Hospiral, and a short drive to downtown points of interest. The neighbor ladies were very friendly. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable but not clean enough

The home is very beautifully decorated and comfortable with all of the essentials. However the clearly had not been cleaned, mopped, dusted or furniture polished for quite sometime. Upon entering we found very dusty furniture and floors, multiple fingerprints on TV screen and the back porch was unusable due to pile up of dirt and leaves on the seat cushions. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen were clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Great house for larger group

Family reunion with 3 couples. Plenty of rooms, washer/dryer available, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Had a little trouble with tv/internet at one point and the host came right over to fix it! The Ms Pac-Man machine was a nice bonus! Located within close driving distance to downtown. Can also walk to downtown, but need to be aware of the area and walk during the daytime.

Quick stay

There were only 4 of us staying- two couples- so had plenty of options for bedrooms. The house had everything we needed and even had coffee stocked! Just a few minutes away from Beale street and bass pro shop- perfect for our stay.
