My summer rates : May 2025 -Labor day weekend or until pool closes=
A flat fee of $500/night up to 10 guests
After pool closes and you are only needing 3 or less bedrooms you will be able to choose your rooms when you arrive and the other(s) will remained locked during your stay so those who don't need the extra space will not be charged for it. No other customers/parties will be here during your stay.
I can also adjust insurance options if you are having trouble with that option as well.

This large former B & B House now known as Richland's Rustic Retreat is located on 12 spacious acres and boasts of an eclectic array of Antiques and Collectibles. The Bedrooms are theme rooms and named as follows:
* The Patriotic Room: the largest features a 6 piece antique full size bedroom set and has it's own bathroom connected. All done up with antique americana items including victorian wear.
* The Sports Room: features a 4 Piece queen size antique bedroom set and an extra antique twin bed with various vintage sports ensembles.
* The Hat Room: features 1 queen bed with 150 + antique and vintage hats and 10 dress forms with victorian wear.
* The Wildlife Room: features 2 twin size beds, large office desk, many pieces of taxidermy animals, mostly birds.

The living room features a fireplace and bar and large flatscreen TV with more antique items such as hat wearing taxidermy and WW II propeller.
The Kitchen features 5 burner gas stove, eat in kitchen with harvest table that seats 8, and a complimentary Candy bar (to satisfy your sweet tooth).
The Dining Room features an antique piano and dining table to seat an additional 6 people.
The Outdoor features a seasonal swimming pool (Pool will open May 2025 and closes mid Sept 2025) and large patio with lounge chairs and several tables and chairs (enough to accommodate seating for 30 + people . There is a volleyball/badminton court in the side yard with turf surface and more seating. Lots of sports equipment provided.
I'm onsite residing in the lower half the of house, however, I will stay out of sight to make your stay more private. The house is 3 levels you will have the upper 2 levels while I'm in the bottom third. I can be contacted anytime with questions (text is best).

***I also have feathered and furry friends: chickens, guineas, peacocks, and pheasants, 2 llamas named Junior and Truffle , as well as 2 cats Bob and Wigee. If strange cackles, hoots, and clucking bothers you, this may be too rustic for you. If you are interested in feeding them, I can definitely arrange that for you and your group.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor, there are 16 stairs to climb before reaching them. IF you are in no shape to walk up 16 steps, please book another location.
Also if you plan to have extra friends and family over to swim, bbq, play, etc there will be a $10/ person guest fee, this covers wear and tear on house/yard/pool/v-ball court and extra utility costs. Thanks for your cooperation.
