Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The TV is equipped with Roku, allowing you to stream using your own login (cable not provided). The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware but does not include spices. We provide bathroom essentials and comfortable bedrooms to ensure a pleasant stay. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from a grocery store, 8 minutes from the beach, and within walking distance of town. Free parking is available in front of the house. Pets are not added on reservations. Only dogs allowed; $50 per dog.

-Our property's location offers convenience but with potential noise considerations. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable.
-This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Host interaction was great. Amenities were ok. We were only there for 1 night. The main problem was the bathroom. Very small and cold. The water did not get very hot.

We truly enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine! Close enough to downtown and all sight you’d want to check out, yet remote enough to enjoy a full night’s rest. The property will have everything you might need for short or long stay. We will be back.
