Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Adorable and Location

This little condo just oozed mid century charm (but beautifully updated). Very comfortable quarters, TWO parking spots included, walking distance to the fort and old town. Slept four, but since it was just the two of us, the second bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our luggage. Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s wonderful. The space is very clean and cozy and safe. I love he location too. So many wonderful places to go in walking distance. When I come to St. Augustine, this is the place I will stay.

The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and check-in was a snap. We had everything we needed, it was quiet and we (2 older ladies) felt very safe. Hidden Gem

Our stay to see the Christmas lights was very nice. There were 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a small kitchen. Everything you needed for a short stay. Off road private parking and a short walk to everything in historic St. Augustine. Easy check in and out. We will be coming back to stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to see St. Augustine.

Excellent location

This was our first time visiting the area and we could not have chosen a better location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we visited, but still just a couple blocks outside of the busy section. We could sit out on the balcony and have a quiet cup of coffee. The host sent us a list of activities and restaurants but there is also a binder on site with suggestions. I love that there are other units that can also be rented. We want to go back with friends and family another time and love that we can stay close but still have our own space.

Super Convenient Location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment in easy walking distance to the downtown St. Augustine attractions and to Flagler College. The unit was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It provided the perfect balance of proximity to the bustling St. Augustine historic district and a relaxing retreat after a day or evening of shopping, touring, and dining. The Model Land Company neighborhood was absolutely charming, making for serene sunset walks. Also, the two off-street parking locations were wonderful, especially since the apartment complex is less than a 10 minute walk to St. George Street with its multitude of shops and restaurants; therefore, we did not have to pay for parking at all during our trip.

Great 3 days in St Augustine

Overall stay was great. Hosts were excellent at communication with us, instructions were clear and to the point. I only wish they told us in advance that there is a railroad very close to the apartments. Not a big deal at all, but I woke up in the middle of the night from a strange low frequency noise and the building had very - very little vibration ; really- very insignificantly; but because we did not know what was that- it was scary- who knows what might be- hurricane, tornado- you know - town is by the ocean… It took some time to figure that might have been a train. But, come on - it was 1:30 AM… Also, AC unit is right under the window and it is noizy, but - again- bearable, just starts unexpectedly and it is heard very well inside the house; walls are probably not insulated much or at all. A simple note to expect something like that would be great. Again- not disturbing at all if you know what is to be expected. The n-hood is great, very close to the Historic district. Very clean apartment with 2 parking slots. All was great overall. Unfortunately, one of us was very sensitive to unexpected noise and we needed to leave one day early, but the host said they cannot reimburse one last day that we did not spend there.
