Dreaming of vacationing in a Tropical Oasis, we welcome you to Sea winds and to the amazing Marco Island! Where living is easy and Summertime is year round.
Come stay in our updated 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, condo with breathe-taking views in this beach front condo that feels more like a villa on the beach. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf!

A patio dining table and chaise lounge chairs add extra comfort for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Did I mention you can see for miles into the Gulf of Mexico, and see down the north and south side of the beach? Picturesque sunsets, parasailer’s, and beach and boat traffic can all be viewed from our 2nd floor location. The community heated swimming pool is huge, the surrounding deck areas is spacious set with plenty of chaises and tables & chairs. Other amenities include a heated spa, cabana room, 2 Tennis Courts.
The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes a King size 'sleep number bed with a plush comfort layer to provide you with a restful sleep experience. Great for individuals with back problems or for those just seeking a great nights rest! Enjoy watching your favorite shows in bed from a flat screen TV. Guest Bedroom has a queen bed plus a bunked with a double on the bottom and a single on top, also has a flat screen tv.

A fully updated Kitchen, full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals.New Flat screen TV’s in the Living room and the Master suite and Guest bedroom. Complimentary WiFi internet. Complex is recently renovated its lobby and elevators, and newly painted.

Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to the area resorts and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, day trips for shelling and dolphin watching, or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Walking distance to Sunset Grille Restaurant/Sports
Bar which is right next door. A short beach walk to area Hotels for shopping, dining, and their beachfront bars.

The complex starting April 15 to June 15, 2024 will be installing new sliding doors, they will be starting on the 17th Floor working down. You may hear construction noise during this period.

Beautiful sunsets

Beautiful sunsets, enjoyed watching the dolphins. Enjoyed the local cuisine and entertainment. Rented a golf cart for 2 days and toured the island on our own time.

Great, Relaxing Beach Stay

Awesome stay! Super easy to check in and out, they even offered for us to check in early because the condo was ready! Had everything we needed for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon! Saw tons of dolphins and watched amazing sunsets from the balcony. In a great location to be able to walk to many dinners too. We walked about .5 mile to many different restaurants and mini golf each night! Would definitely stay here again!

Tim thank you for taking the time to write a response. I am a little confused about the appliance comment as most have been replaced within the last 3 years in this unit. Most of the furnishing are also 4 years or less. This owner each year replaces all linens, most of the dishware and kitchen items. He does have for sale but we are not disrupting guests during their stay. And if things are not functioning he will continue to replenish and replace while he owns this unit. Again, we thank you for your business and your review. Wishing you a safe and healthy year.

Just book it! Perfect View. Perfect short walk to the beach. You don’t have to move a muscle to see spectacular sunsets. Great pool. Outdoor showers. Was on crutches for this trip and it was very manageable because of the location. Clean comfy beach home. Alot of space. Anything you need for the beach (kids toys, boogey boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc) they have! 10/10 will be booking again.

Fully stocked, relaxing accommodations with spectacular view!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this property which was fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware and had extras (paper towels, tp, detergent trash bags, salt, pepper, seasonings!). Location was convenient for beach and pool access. The key system is outdated and caused issues for our family bc 2 keys was not enough. Only other unpleasant surprise was there was not any grill on-site. We have always vacationed at places that offered gas grills, but luckily we have a friend at another close property to grill our food. The place is decorated beautifully and had beautifully updated baths. If we ever return to marco we would 100% stay here again! Thank you for fond memories of this beautiful island.

A Marco dream

This was the PERFECT place for our family to spend a week. This condo was clean, updated, perfect bedroom arrangements for our little kids, and literally every thing you could ever want/need for the beach. We even stopped on our way in to buy a canopy for the beach and were shocked to find out they had the very same one we had purchased! The entire time we kept saying how lucky we felt to have picked such a perfect location…so much so we jokingly said not to tell anyone about it because we want to for sure come back and stay in the same spot. I especially appreciated the fact that we were on the second floor with an unobstructed view of the beach but also no need to worry when my littles were out on the balcony having lunch. We are truly so grateful and thankful for the week we spent in Marco and in a condo that so well fit all of our needs of a family of 6. Thank you!!! We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Overall good

Our overall stay was good. Our location was great and the view of the beach was great. The area is quiet. The inside of our condo was nicely decorated and clean. A few areas needed a little TLC -the one bath baseboards need to be replaced or at least painted. I loved having all the beach amenities as well as plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have starter laundry detergent as well as hand soap. I did appreciate having other items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. My biggest complaint is having to rely on keys to get into the condo and entrance to and from the beach. The unit supplies 2 keys; however, 2 keys are not enough for a family. Most days we waited for someone to let us in and out of the building. A combination lock would be so much better. Also the building itself can use some overall upgrades to make it more appealing. We used the stairs because we were only on the second floor and everything from the doors to the stairs just seems grungy and in need of updating or even just painting.

A little piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds. The unit is high enough to be over the sea grapes but low enough that you feel like you are on the beach sitting on the patio. Perfect for sunset viewing! The kitchen was very well stocked - even had sharp knives! I found only 2 things missing - plastic tumblers (the unit is tiled throughout and some of us are more clumsy than others :) ) and a recycling bin (recycling in available but there is not a bin in the unit to collect it). Beds were uber comfortable, linens were thick and plentiful, storage closet with chairs/umbrella/cooler/shell bucket was much appreciated. The property is well maintained. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was clean and there were plenty of chairs on the deck. The paperwork lists a lot of rules but we didn’t find any of them unreasonable and many weren’t enforced anyway. Next to my early am walks on the beach, my favorite part of the stay was watching the bunnies play in the sea grapes each morning. The cable service was changed shortly before our arrival. The instructions in the unit had not been updated and the old and new remotes ( all 4 of them!) and routers were there. I messaged the realty company and someone was there within less than 30 minutes to finish the tv setup and remove all of the old equipment. The Wi-Fi is EXTREMELY slow - think dial up speed. I couldn’t even download the daily crossword puzzle. Overall, it wasn’t a big issue but I mention it in case someone is looking to work remotely from the unit as it would probably not work well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

1. Loved Pickleball Courts, next door restaurant, good pool, good large beach ( few too many shells for my liking), able to make walks to a few restaurants and shops, cooler and beach stuff available for use with unit 2. Unit seemed slightly uncared for ...many light bulbs out or even missing with no spares, running toilet, screen door nonfunctional 3. Mgmt had someone there promptly to take care of above issues 4. Nice to have secure condo but prob needs upgrading ...required keys to get everywhere even to get out to beach which became a problem for us in key mgmt between

The previous reviewers were not wrong. This is the best property we’ve gone to in Marco Island, in a long time. Very clean, had all we needed, sharp knives (important for the house cook) and the location is unbeatable. If the owners allow us, we will be renting this property yearly as our to go place in Marco.

Nicest Condo Ever!

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. So many great things to mention......being on 2nd floor end unit: good view along with easy access via stairs or elevator, beautiful decor, all tile flooring, first quality in everything including appliances, kitchen supplies, linens, etc,.: linens! Huge linen closet with towels, beach towels galore. Sleep number bed was awesome. Good hot showers with great water pressure. Many cable stations, books to read, the beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, etc.. Our first visit to beautiful Marco Island and we were so impressed. Beautiful homes with gorgeous exotic landscaping. White sand and calm clear water, lots of shells. Why go to the Caribbean when we have Marco Island in the Great USA!

Great unit in smaller property!

Property may be older but it is in great condition. Pool was great, had shaded areas for when it got too hot. Plenty of chaise lounges. Unit was clean and had everything anyone could ever ask for, including beach towels, a TON of beach chairs and beach accessories. The best part was the view from the balcony...absolutely stunning. Will definitely rent this unit again.
