Elevated 1st floor condo (2nd floor elevation) with quickest access to the parking area or the beach, no elevator needed. Direct access door (with handicap ramp) at side of building for easy entry/exit, eliminates need to lug groceries throughout the building. Perfect accommodation for families, Seniors or handicapped guests who value quick and hassle-free access (no long walks, no elevator or stairs).

Unit is well-equipped, with 1 King, 2 Twin beds, pull-out sofa, state-of-the-art washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, and more. Lanai has chaise lounge, chairs, and bar height table and chairs for unobstructed views of the beach and gulf.

Additional Sea Winds amenities include heated pool, spa/hot tub, poolside cabana, tennis courts, pickleball, and private parking lot. Friendly on-site Management and Security to ensure peace and tranquility.

Full western exposure on the highly desired South end of the island. Amazing sunsets. Activities for all. Within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Immaculate and safe surroundings. Come build lasting memories and experience the majesty of Marco Island!!

⚠️ 🔨 CONSTRUCTION ALERT! ⚠️ 🔨
The Sea Winds building will be undergoing concrete repairs, estimated to begin the week of July 27, 2026 and extending through October 31, 2026. Workers will be visible on the beach side of the building, working on the balconies of the units in stacks 1 and 2. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, commencing at ~8am and ending at ~4:30pm, weekdays. Our unit is in stack 5, so we are on the opposite side of the work.
This project comes as the result of recent structural inspections performed on the building in compliance with new Florida Laws.
For the duration of the project, the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm to ensure everyone’s safety from falling debris. Access to the beach may be modified, but will remain OPEN. We do not believe the guest experience will be significantly impacted as a result of this project, but our rates have been adjusted down to offset any potential impact or inconvenience.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great first floor location - no waiting for elevators! Carts available for easy transport of your luggage and groceries. Easy access to walkable beach. A lot of amazing seashells after a storm. This was one of the best trips our family has had. Our accommodations were everything we needed, plus: we had a uninhibited view of the ocean and beach; it took only a couple minutes to reach the beach; it took less than a minute to walk out to the parking lot to our car or to start on a walk. The condo had everything. It is attractively decorated and furnished. The kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The pool was great. We also enjoyed the beautiful lanai…where we ate breakfast every morning. Our host was communicative and well-organized. It really is quiet and peaceful here, and it really is a paradise.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communication was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Absolutely beautiful location! Sunsets right from the patio, steps out to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for us, cleanly and well stocked. We used the pool and tennis courts and really enjoyed the beach tent and chairs. Rob was communicative and checked in periodically on our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Absolutely loved this condo, the view of the ocean and sunsets was perfect. Rob was beyond helpful from the minute we booked our trip. He was quick to respond and super helpful with any question I had. Rob sent us a welcome package before our trip. Loved it.

First time staying in Marco. We were very happy with the condo and the area. Clean, calm water. Nice beach. Despite the high-rise lined beach, it’s very peaceful and quiet. I liked being on the first floor, not having to use the elevators, just walk out to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. From the main shower you can see the ocean! Very cool. We will definitely come back.

It is a reasonably priced vacation property on the quieter and more desirable South end of the island, within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. It is within close proximity to the Gulf, has a beautiful pool snd hot tub, the landscaping and grounds are always kept in immaculate condition, and the on-site Management is always friendly and Guest-driven. Fellow vacationers (and owners) who stay in the Sea Winds are always friendly. What more can you ask for in a vacation property?
