Park your car and relax in this inviting, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse villa located in the heart of South Forest Beach in Seascape Villas directly across the street from the ocean, a 5 minute walk. We are nestled between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails.

There is also a private Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. The cabana includes outside showers and restrooms so you don't have to run back to the townhouse for those emergency bathroom breaks.

There are two pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island.

Newly renovated two story townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms located in the South Forest Beach area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. This high end renovation has a cooks quality kitchen with all NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES PLUS full size laundry. Comfortable living room with new furniture, HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, plus a balcony with a grill that overlooks a turtle lagoon.

Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 60 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

Nice Spot

Absolutely Amazing!

We had such a great stay! Easy walk to the beach, close to all the restaurants and shopping places. Gina was great with communication the whole week if we needed anything. Easy check in as well. We would highly recommend staying at this condo. Very clean and had everything we need. We will be coming back!

Great Location/Housekeeping Not So Great

Great Location and easy walk to Beach... In a quiet area. Unit has lots of potential but housekeeping was horrible and the pictures on site need to be updated. Walls were patched, but not painted. Crumbs everywhere, refrigerator had no light, holey and stained towels/sheets. Not a full operating kitchen...lacking

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and lived up to it’s listing. It was fun seeing all the turtles from the deck each day and it was a short walk to the beach and pool. Gina was very helpful and was quick to answer when we contacted her.

Great Location

Great location to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and pools. We really enjoyed the stay. There are some additional amenities that could have improved the stay. But overall we would come back for sure.

Review

The property manager was easy to work with and responds promptly. There were holes and patched areas in the walls around the unit. The front loading washing machine that is in the kitchen had mold in it and we couldn’t do laundry in our unit. The property manager was kind and let us use another one of their units while we stayed but it was very hard with 3 little kids and doing tons of laundry throughout the week. I believe after our stay they were able to fix the washing machine. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and pools close by.

Perfect quick beach trip condo

We loved our home away from home. We were just planning a quick long weekend beach trip, wish we could have stayed longer. I’m a beach girl and love to stay on the ocean but I actually enjoyed the turtles and the location of our condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. We loved it here!

Worst experience ever.

When we arrived, the place had a strong odor, like the vents didn't work. Looking further we found crumbs in the refrigerator; the walls had dirty stains, unfinished wall patching, a dirty shower door, old, worn towels, and an overall dusty place. When we called the host, she explained this was a candle fragrance. She was unapologetic, and when we asked, she didn't have other properties. Instead, she was worried about her ratings and wanted us to cancel the booking. She promised to send a refund but stopped responding to our messages/calls or VRBO customer services. I have stayed in many other properties at the beach; this is the worst one. So many awesome ratings of this property misled us.

Place was awesome

I don’t usually write reviews but this was such a great experience that I would like to share it. First of all Gina was such a great host!! Always available to communicate and so helpful. The place was excellent all around. It was close to everything, supermarkets, stores, restaurants etc. the walk to the beach is so easy and it’s so nice to walk around the lake. Gina thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, towels, cooler, beach chairs, outside grill, even a beach cart to carry everything you need to the beach. There was a book inside the villa with info on restaurants, supermarkets, pizza places and even a map with directions on how to get from the villa to the beach. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit Hilton Head. Thank you Gina

Perfect

This place is great. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with. The walk is a little more than we expected, but a 65 year old with a broke foot could handle it. Other than some non stop cold rain, this has been our favorite vacation. We will come back.

Great place to stay!

Lovely property located perfectly to explore the island or take some time at the beach. Our children absolutely loved the turtles you can see daily out your back door, this was almost an activity itself! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and proximity to Coligny beach. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is firm (personal preference nothing wrong with the bed). Overall, would rent again!!

Great Trip to Hilton Head

The property met all of our needs and had a good location. Short walk to the beach and convenient to shops and dining. Very well stocked with all of the kitchen equipment you could need. The provided beach equipment was a huge plus!! Enjoyed watching the turtles swimming around as well. Like others have said, bathrooms are only on the second floor which is inconvenient but not a show stopper. The bed in the master is quite firm but the kids slept great in the second bedroom. No issues encountered and the owner was super responsive! If you do choose to rent beach chairs/umbrellas let them know you are closest to marker #54. Also, two of the bridges on the property are currently not available so the walk to the beach is a bit different than noted in the unit. Still very easy to get there though. There IS a pool available, we just didn’t find it until close to the end of our trip.

Location! Location! Location!

The apartment was a short ten minute walk to the beach. The hosts had chairs, a cart, umbrella etc that made it very enjoyable. The apartment was also a 2 minute walk from the pool which was lovely. Additionally the host was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill and we really appreciated it.
