Location! Location! Location! 11 miles of sandy white beaches are just 200 yards from the villa. Beach cabana with showers/restroom on the beach path. Dip into the large community pool steps from the back deck. Coligny Village, Celebration Park and the famous Tiki Hut with year round live entertainment are within walking/biking distance! Bring or rent bikes for your stay to enjoy over 200 miles of paved bike paths on HHI!

This spacious villa offers 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with two full beds. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials and walk in showers. All liens are provided. This tranquil retreat is the perfect spot for larger family and friend groups to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Fully equipped kitchen to create tasty meals, including a massive Low Country Boil pot and gas grill on the deck. Waterfall oak dining table seats 8 or dine al fresco on the deck!

Living room offers a 52 Inch Smart TV with Cable and all three bedrooms offer 42 inch Smart TVs with cable. High and low beach chairs, beach cart, and beach towels are provided. Games are provided in case of inclement weather!

Bring or rent bikes to enjoy 200 miles of HHI paved bike paths or cruise the shore! Bike racks provided.

Parking permits for 2 cars are provided.

Beachfront Cabana with showers and restrooms available on a private beach path for SeaScape guests directly across the street.

"Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The location was unbeatable—we were within walking distance to local cafes and the beach .We especially appreciated the well-furnished kitchen with quality cookware and the comfortable king-sized bed. This unit is so well appointed and intentionally stocked for your convenience. Love the decor! Love the two double beds in the third bedroom for my adult sons. Owner thought of all the details. Owner is very attentive and responsive. We will stay here again!

Wonderful accommodations!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Beautifully furnished home with all the needed amenities provided. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and everything was beyond expectations. The grounds are perfect for evening or early morning walks with the family. It rained 75% of out trip so we spent more time home than we typically would but we stayed well entertained. Thanks for the great experience, We loved our stay and all the wonderful furnishings for our rainy vacation.

All rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. The Host was always available via email or call. Very pleasant and answered all questions. Large eating area. Showers were emaculate! TVs in each room. Only drawback is all the stairs and master bedroom on 4th floor. Great Clean kitchen with all gadgets. Large Refrigerator. Close to beach. Would stay there again. No room in double occupancy room. To many dressers. No bathroom on first level. Large living room and beautiful dining area. We had everything we needed at the villa. I highly recommend it.

The condo was in a great location, and very nice amenities, but having the master bedroom on the top floor was a negative. My husband has had bilateral knee surgeries, and although he walks just fine, climbing up to the third floor to get to our room every day, was very taxing. Not too mention, there needs to be at least a half bath on the main floor. Each time someone had to use the restroom, they had to go upstairs. Overall, it was a very nice, well-accomadating condo.

The property is listed as a three story townhouse - sorry your husband has knee issues - maybe you should have rented a place on one floor instead of leaving a 4 Star Review for something out of my control! Meredith

When we got there, we went to cook something in the oven and there was a pan of moldy chicken in it, also the lower drawer in the oven was full of dried up French fries. Went to sit outside and cushions were all moldy. Check the upstairs and the carpet was dirty. The manager said that it would be cleaned after the pollen dropped .Found a roach in the master bathroom. Doorbell didn’t work. We were excited to cook on the grill, but we had to clean it because it was also filthy, Used it once, we think it has a gas leak. She said that we had cable and that we would be able to get the Michigan game on, but we actually had to pay for a streaming service. There were lovely beach chairs, wagons, and beach towels. All dishes in the kitchen were great. Living room and dining room were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, broken dresser in guest room. Great location to the beach. Would I stay there again no too many stairs. Great great location love Hilton head
