The location is residential and safe. Location is within easy driving distance to downtown shopping, and easy walking distance to the river. Rear parking off the street is a plus. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Bring your own salt and spoons. When going out, lock the unit door by pressing and holding the top button until the deadlock rotates.

The host charges a hefty cleaning fee. You'd expect the shower to be clean and the sink to drain. A little attention to details like a battery in the kitchen clock, a throw blanket for the couch, reading lamp in front bedroom, newer bed pillows or at least pillow protectors would be appreciated. Do not rent this unit on a rainy day. The drip, drip on the rear bedroom A/C unit is so loud and annoying. No one could possibly sleep in there. Otherwise it's a nice unit in a historic neighborhood. The mattress is superb! Coffee maker works.
