Great place to stay and get great rest. It was very clean. Host was gracious and had great communication for a smooth check in. It was comfy and cozy after a long day of festivities.

Simple digs, but the shared kitchen area was great, and the value for money for the whole place was excellent. Third person beds was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise it met all of our expectations. Would stay here again!

Beautiful yard it was clean house clean room clean bathroom. It is a bedroom rent not a 1-bedrooms house read over everything parking was good.

The host was very informative and helpful. Our room was clean and the backyard was nice, however the bathroom and kitchen (as it was being used by at least 6 other people) was not clean. I will say that the host must have come into the bathroom at some point, because in the middle of the night, when my husband used the bathroom, he told me it was clean.

Nice place but they weren’t ready for me at 8:30pm, in fact they weren’t expecting me!!I was accommodated in a room that was under renovation. For that, I am happy.

The host was very helpful. The accommodations are 1 of 3 possible rooms in the upstairs of a house, so there is a potential of two other rooms being occupied while you’re there. The rooms each have locks to keep your belongings safe. The walls are thin. The shower could be warmer. The room temperature is regulated by a thermostat in the hallway. I just needed a room and this sufficed. I wouldn’t bring my wife here and I would stay again if in the area by myself.

Was in B.C. for the Canadian Nationals Championship, my son was playing in Langley where the event was held. Me my son and grand daughter stayed at residence for 7 days. Was delightfully welcoming, as soon as you enter the place. Hanging on the hallway wall is a letter of appreciation, From the mayor of Surrey for their kind, hospitality and commitment using their home for tourists and traveler's to feel safe secure and rest. The mayor couldn't have wrote it any better !!
