The property has outdoor cameras facing the dock area. They only capture activity at the dock and on the water and are installed on the back wall near the pool.

For safety and liability reasons, these cameras must remain on at all times. If any outdoor camera is turned off, moved, or interfered with, a $1,500 fee will apply for each unit.

Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted.

100% Recommend this property. The house is so much prettier than what the pictures show. The pool has an amazing water view. The rooms have all king size beds -very comfortable. We were able to fish and swim off the dock and saw the most beautiful fish. The management company called us back within 5 mins. A great family vacation spot.
