This unit is a ground-floor end/corner unit with extra windows and lots of light * Golf course & water views * Split floor plan * Screened lanai * Well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a water view plus a dining area that seats 6 * Assigned, covered parking.

* Pool (with grill and both screened and shaded cabanas) and tennis court are steps from the door.
* Legacy Trail - 15 miles of paved trail for cycling, jogging & walking is 1 block from the SG&CC entrance.
* Newly-renovated Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole par 72 premier golf course.
* Optional social memberships. One-time transfer fee provides access for two to the clubhouse with gourmet dining room, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, sauna & another, heated pool.
