Golf privileges are available at several nearby courses.* Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club is a gated community on Palmer Ranch with a fully renovated clubhouse with fine and casual dining, close proximity to Siesta Key's world-famous beaches, shops, restaurants, and Sarasota's active arts communities. This unit is a ground-floor end/corner unit with extra windows and lots of light * Golf course & water views * Split floor plan * Screened lanai * Well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a water view plus a dining area that seats 6 * Assigned, covered parking.

* Pool (with grill and both screened and shaded cabanas) and tennis court are steps from the door.
* Legacy Trail - 15 miles of paved trail for cycling, jogging & walking is 1 block from the SG&CC entrance.
* Newly-renovated Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole par 72 premier golf course.
* Optional social memberships. One-time transfer fee provides access for two to the clubhouse with gourmet dining room, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, sauna & another, heated pool.

Relaxing & Peaceful

This unit is very comfortable, cozy and cute. Great location with many amenities. Very close to shopping, restaurants and yes, Siesta Key Beach. The check-in process was very easy and the unit had everything you would need which was great. Easy to communicate with the owner/manager and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this place. I plan to return again in the near future.

Thoughts

The property was substandard. The knives were so dull that they would not cut. The non stick cookware was peeling and teflon is carcinogenic particularly when it is releasing from the metal. The other pots were not much better. The vacuum, coffee maker and iron did not work and the top of the mattress was separated from the body of the mattress (the top could not be smoothed). The fan in the master bedroom made too much noise to use it when trying to sleep. The sinks in the master bath did not drain. The screen door shut so rapidly after opening, it was like dodging a snake. The entry was too dark to see the lock key pad, and I had to use my phone to illuminate it. All and all a bad experience
