Great access to walk to veterans park and nearby restaurants. Some issues with cleaning and apartment is no frills. Basics in kitchen but will work for a brief stay

Do not book this property. The pictures do not show how horrendously dirty this property is. Black bold all over the AC, brown sticky spots all over the floor and doors, white stains on the blue couch, broken dirty vents around the borders of the apartment, wreaks of mold and weed, tub is stained brown, doors are disgusting. When showing the pictures to the host, we got a snarky “sorry you feel that way, you can leave and cancel” message. The host refused to refund as the host charges you separately for your stay. We had to scramble to find last second accommodations because of this. 0/10 recommend this property to anyone. I wish I could add more photos to show the gravity of this place.

Property in good location, for getting sound.Restaurants within walking distance. This is a small& simple 1 BR apartment, sufficient if one is going to be mostly out & about.There was no installed smoke detector.
