Welcome to Quick Getaway, a spacious family retreat tucked inside the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community, where lake days, pool afternoons, cozy campfires, and unforgettable family memories are waiting.

Unlike many vacation communities, Arrowhead Lake is private, helping keep its beaches, pools, lakes, and amenities reserved exclusively for homeowners and their registered guests. Whether you’re planning a summer vacation, a fall foliage escape, a ski weekend, or simply time away with the people you love, Quick Getaway was designed to be the perfect home base.

Our recently updated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of space to spread out while still bringing everyone together.

The Space

The heart of Quick Getaway is the bright, open living area where everyone naturally gathers. Stretch out on the oversized reclining sectional while watching your favorite movie on the 84-inch Smart TV, cheer on your favorite team, or enjoy a relaxing evening by the electric fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a large island that’s perfect for cooking together, serving snacks, or gathering over morning coffee. The adjoining dining areas make it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.

When it’s time to recharge, you’ll find four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.

The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, blackout shades, dedicated workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom.

A second king bedroom offers another comfortable retreat, making the home ideal for multiple couples or extended families.

The queen bedroom provides another peaceful place to unwind.

Kids love the fourth bedroom, complete with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a cozy reading nook, children’s books, outlet covers, and a Pack ’n Play for little travelers.

Downstairs, the game room provides another place to gather with a retro arcade game, foosball table, Smart TV, board games, and toys for guests of all ages.

Outdoor Living

Vacation is even better outside.

Start your morning with coffee on the deck, fire up the Blackstone for breakfast, spend the afternoon at the lake or pool, then come home for dinner outdoors before ending the evening around the fire pit beneath the string lights.

Challenge the family to a game of cornhole, roast marshmallows, or simply enjoy the peaceful wooded setting that surrounds the backyard.

Firewood is not provided. Firewood and starter logs can be purchased at Pinewood Deli just outside the main gate. Guests are also welcome to use small sticks around the property for kindling.

Exclusive Arrowhead Lake Community Access

One of the best parts of staying at Quick Getaway is enjoying everything the private Arrowhead Lake Community has to offer.

Because Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community, these amenities are available only to homeowners and their registered guests, creating a quieter, more enjoyable experience than many public recreation areas.

Your community registration provides access to:

Arrowhead Lake Community Registration

The Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) requires all rental guests to register before arrival.

Community registration is separate from your reservation and provides access to the private community amenities, gate entry, beaches, pools, lakes, sports facilities, and community events. Guests are responsible for paying community registration fees to the host prior to check-in.

To make the process easy, we’ll handle the registration for you and then send a request for payment via the rental platform as an additional payment request.

Here’s how it works:

1. Ahead of your stay, we’ll collect the names, ages, and vehicle information for everyone in your group.
2. We’ll complete your community registration directly with ALCA on your behalf.
3. Once registration has been submitted, we’ll send a follow-up payment request through the rental platform for the exact community registration fees. These fees are established by ALCA, paid directly to the community, and are not retained by the host.
4. The day before your arrival, you’ll receive your QR codes for gate access and community amenities.

Current Community Registration Fees (set by ALCA)

In Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

• $8.50 per person, per night (ages 6+)

OR

• $42 per person, per week (ages 6+)

Off Season

• $2.00 per person, per night (ages 6+)

Additional Community Fees

• $20 administration/transaction fee per reservation

• $20 vehicle gate card fee per vehicle

Example

A family of four staying 7 nights during the summer with one vehicle would pay:

• Weekly membership: $168

• Administration fee: $20

• Vehicle gate card: $20

Total Community Registration: $208

Visitors

If you plan to have visitors during your stay, they’re welcome! Please note that all visitors must also be registered with ALCA before entering the community. Visitor names and vehicle information will need to be provided in advance, and applicable daily community registration fees will apply.

⚠️ Community registration must be completed at least 3 days before arrival. ALCA charges a $100 late registration fee for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival, and same-day registrations are not available.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor living areas, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet and the garage.

Self check-in is simple with our keyless smart lock, and the driveway comfortably accommodates up to six vehicles.
