Beautifull one bedroom, one bath luxury suite located at the exclusive five star Ritz-Carlton resort hotel on Key Biscayne. Be one of the first to experience the multi million dollar renovated hotel. Completed Dec 2026.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large balcony facing the Biscayne Bay. This resort view, one bedroom luxury suite has a marble entrance foyer, nine foot high ceilings with crown moulding. Separate bedroom with king size bed and luxurious Frette linens. The generous sized living room has a queen size sofa bed. Beautiful marble bath features a whirlpool tub and separate glass shower as well as a large marble double vanity sink. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four. Guest will have access to all resort amenities, with the exception of housekeeping services.

This is a NO SMOKING ROOM including the BALCONY. PETS are not NOT ALLOWED. Violation of either of those 2 rules will result in breach of rental agreement and immediate eviction with no refunds for payment paid or of damage deposit.

The Ritz Carlton is the only luxury hotel on Key Biscayne and offers impeccable servic. Situated on 44 acres of beachfront property, this property features two spectacular renovated swimming pools; one child friendly zero entry pool and one serene adult pool. A new kids water feature opened fall 2020!

The hotel offers a private beach with cabanas and hotel service. The resort has lush grounds, fountains and tropical landscapes. Guests can be pampered at the highly acclaimed and renovated 20,000 sq ft spa and fitness center.

On property is the famous Cliff Drysdale Tennis center with 10 clay courts as well as hard courts, pickleball , padel and daily classes and private lessons. Please pre book your clinics after you make a reservation.

Fine dining options, in addition to casual dining at the poolside restaurant and bar. The hotel offers numerous activities, bicycle and water sports rentals as well as a Ritz Kids program.

Fabulous Stay at Biscayne

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, and it exceeded all expectations. The property is pristine with incredible amenities, including a luxurious pool, beachfront access, and top-notch service from the staff. The condo itself was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, offering breathtaking ocean views. It’s a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere while being close to great dining and shopping options. Ann was an incredible host! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a five-star getaway!

Wonderful hotel and convenient access

The hotel is fantastic with the beach and pool amenities being the most used. The restaurants were upscale, but there were also more casual dining options available on property. We walked to the nearby shopping areas for meals and snacks and accessed the state park via car and bikes. The room was spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room, along with a small, but full service kitchen. The large balcony overlooks the front grounds of the hotel. The host was very responsive when contacted during our stay.

The condo was very nice. The only issues I had was the kitchen is poorly stocked (and I was not cooking!). Needs a working coffee maker with filters, a cookie sheet to heat something up, and some silverware. The owner should supply information about parking , WiFi etc in a book to access in the property. The property is beautiful.

Nice suite with all the perks of the Ritz

This place was as advertised. The suite was exactly what we expected - larger than a standard room at the Ritz for less money. All the perks of the Ritz (except daily housekeeping) without the ritz price tag. Communication with the host was excellent. A small snafu upon check in when the hotel couldn't find the notes from the owner and couldn't reach the owner - delayed our check in by an hour and a bit of a panic - but all was cleared up in the end.

Seriously we got a beautiful suite at the ritz with a great, flexible and responsive owner for a whole lot less than resort. With NO compromises. Okay maybe no room service and no maid service but who cares! The ritz key biscayne is the first resort we’ve stayed in that rivals some of the nicer places in Wailea, Maui. Incredibly warm big pool. Not too busy. Beautiful beach and great food and service. Ann’s place is exactly as described. Immaculate. And situated among the regularly booked ritz rooms and suites not some separate area.
