Spare but efficient, VERY clean. As all reviewers note, Elizabeth is a very kind and attentive host. Pros: bed very comfortable, beach clubs are a very nice bonus, I worked from both spots with wifi that extends outdoors, super friendly staff, beach chairs and umbrellas and a beautiful stretch of beach. Super relaxing!

Our stay was wonderful. Our host Elizabeth, answered all of our questions in a very timely way. The apartment had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to ghe beach, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend Beach Haus.

Bedroom was spacious, the other room was on the small side. Everything was clean and in working order. The pool area was pleasant to sit by. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and public beach.There was plenty of parking. We had access to a nice beach club from Tuesday to Friday, which was a short drive away. The host did not reply to a couple of messages I sent them before we arrived, but other than that was helpful.

Great stay - highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Beach Haus! A block away from beach and we really loved the ability to use the bikes right on the property! We probably didn’t need a rental car as Key Biscayne was bike/walking friendly and there was so much to do and see right in the key. Amazing dining that we walked to every night from Beach Haus!

The property photographed well. But the actual room, number 209 was shabby and not well maintained. There were about 8 inches of severe water damage to the bathroom door upon our arrival. Then it became a parent that it's because the shower door doesn't close and so there must be constant leaking of water which we found to be the case. It was very dusty in there did not feel that the air filters have been cleaned or maintainedThere is no way to make that room dark enough to sleep in. We cut our stay short by two nights. We will not be returning.

Great getaway - amazing host!

My wife and I were looking a quiet, remote-work location for long weekend. Beach Haus met this need -- and the access to beach clubs was terrific. Elizabeth was amazing -- made the check in seamless, answered a few of our questions and was easily accessible-- a total pro who really enhanced our stay.

Stylish accommodation with perks

A very well-designed and stylish bedroom and kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Really liked the quiet neighbourhood - near to the beaches and shops/restaurants. We loved using the bikes that are provided. And really appreciated the free pass into the Grand Bay Club (tues to Fridays) which has a great pool and lovely restaurant.

Fit the Bill

We were looking for a nice, well-located apartment to stay in for a short week in the sun. The unit was clean and ample and Elizabeth, the manager, was very helpful and quick to respond. The perks of access to the two beach clubs nearby made it a great deal. We very much enjoyed our week there. The only thing missing from the unit was a place to hang wet suits and towels as well as a balcony, but the area around the pool gave us the bit of outdoor space we craved. All in all a great stay.

Easy, clean and great location

My daughter and I stayed four night and this was a very easy and comfortable rental. Elizabeth, the property manager, was extremely helpful and courteous. She even answered texts pretty late into the evening. The apartment came with beach towels though no toiletries so make sure you bring those. The location is awesome and the beach club access just a block away was amazing and included with our rental. It turns out the beach club was basically empty and for that reason WAY nicer than the Ritz Carlton beach area just down the way (where guests are stacked like sardines). My only suggestion is that after 4 days, the floor of our apt was very sandy and we had no easy way to clean it. I think it would be great if guests could opt in to a daily floor cleaning, even if for some additional nominal fee. No one likes the feeling of sand on their bare feet and in their bed.

Beach haus.

The beach haus was superb. It was clean well equipped and wonderfully located,just a short stroll to the beach,shops and restaurants. Claudia and her team were very helpful and nothing was too much. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment and its pool.
