This is one half of a duplex. With separate entrances on different sides of the building, each unit has privacy and boasts two parking spaces. After stepping onto the covered craftsman porch and stepping into the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen combination. A short walk away are the bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
