- Photo ID + copy of ID required for reservation confirmation

- Primary renters must be 25+

- No smoking of any kind

- No pets

- No parties or events

- No fireworks or firearms

- No boats or trailers allowed

- Parking is limited to 1 car

- Guests cannot bring their own boat, but they can use the dock for loading and unloading

- Check-in: 4 PM

- Check-out: 10 AM
