I was born and raised in Grass Valley. You'll find me gardening, getting my iced-mocha fix at Starbucks or playing pickleball in town!
Why they chose this property
This home was built in 1851 and was an original boarding house in Grass Valley. Over the years it evolved to a bordello and then into a multi-unit home. My husband and I purchased the property because it was a great opportunity for us to own a piece of Grass Valley history. We wanted to restore the home so that we could have an amazing place for people to stay when visiting the area.

Everything in our home is brand new and tastefully decorated, so you will feel comfortable and right at home.
