The space
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a stylish and contemporary living space. Relax in the living room while enjoying the stunning views of the beach and ocean right from your window. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of South Beach's art and entertainment district as you people watch and take in the sights.

The apartment has been thoughtfully remodeled to provide all you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, allowing you to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows.

The master bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower, providing privacy and convenience.

The updated kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience.

With 3 bedrooms we can sleep 6 guests- a 7th guest can be accommodated on the single sofa in the living room.

There is an elevator-and free hi speed wifi and cable tv - wifi provided by building and may be spotty. Windows do not open. App operated Laundry facilities are located in the building and are provided by the building. The third bedroom does not have a closet or window



For guests with young children- we do have a pak n play crib available if needed and reserved but we are NOT child proofed

We can accommodate a 7th guest on the single sofa in the living room
