Stay in style on St Thomas at this 4-bedroom beach access villa. Each bedroom offers top notch comfort linens and down pillows. Three full bathrooms with glass showers. Nearly 3000 sq ft of deck and outdoor patio space. Covered outdoor open air living room with balcony views of Magens Bay looking out to the Atlantic Ocean.
Fully self sufficient through Tesla whole house battery systems with full solar, back up generator, 50k gallons of reverse osmosis filtered and UV treated water, along with onsite septic purification system. No suffering blackouts that St Thomas is known. Starlink internet, whole house mesh Wifi. Sonos sound system in every room and outside.
Just steps down our stairs right to the extremely private and little known 75 feet of gorgeous white sand Platform beach. Sparkling nighttime views of St Thomas's "Mountain Top" across the bay.
Just 15 minutes drive from the airport or the Red Hook ferry to St John. Yet delightfully off the busy path for a secluded, exclusive, and quiet relaxing stay. We treated this as our home. Not picky, but if towels for each room could just be thrown in the hamper in each room. Just make sure the place isn't destroyed to make it a little easier on our cleaning crew.
Extra help if you have the chance is to turn A/Cs up to 81 before leaving.

Why they chose this property
Peterborg is the quiet beautiful exclusive area of St Thomas. Close enough to be easy to do things, yet a residential only dead end that keeps normal traffic away and secures the quiet relaxing atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
Against initial thought, we are one of only a handful of private home properties with direct white sand beach access. Probably only a dozen or so homes on the island have beach access like our home.
