This is a great house in a great location. Our family loved having the game area in the basement. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a place for multiple families and kids, this is a great spot.

We loved staying here - well-appointed in every room. Lots of space for a family of 10. The kids loved the upstairs and the downstairs game areas! The kitchen and dining areas were huge and had everything we needed. Everything was CLEAN!!! The complimentary wine and snacks were much appreciated by all. The hot tub was a hit, too. The host stayed in contact and made sure we were all set. Would definitely recommend this property!

This home is perfect for larger groups of people. They have the amenities you could want/need. The home was very clean and the host was extremely helpful from start to finish. The hot tub in the winter was a bonus. We had a blast!Being able to bring our dogs was the best part!

We had a great weekend. We had some difficultly controlling the air conditioning. We very cool at times. There was a storm the last night and a portion of one of the dead trees that is close to the parking dropped on one of our cars and did some minor damage. Would recommend clearing the dead trees.

The place is not as updated as it should be for the price. The living room size is fantastic. Very comfortable for people to enjoy. The manager of the property was wonderful. She provided me with great service and performed her job to the max. She deserves a raise !!

I cannot say enough good things about this home, and we have rented lots of houses over the years! It was extremely well appointed from the many kitchen items to all of the built-in entertainment. The kitchen was not lacking anything. Our family really enjoyed all of the game tables and other games like a large Tetrus. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled, and the house was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the amenities on the property like the courts, playground, pool, and lake for kayaking. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from infancy to 10 years, and the house felt quite spacious for all of us, especially because it has multiple areas to “hang out”. We also all fit around the large dining table, so that was great.The house has many baby items, so it was very helpful to not have to bring a crib, high chair, etc.The owner was very quick to respond to some questions we had while we were there.The house was also conveniently located for a day trip to NYC. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the area! This house is absolutely a 10/10!

This location is very peaceful. The residence is very homey and always well stocked. The rooms are always clean and the kids room WITH TOYS is an added bonus for traveling families. If there’s ever an issue, which is rare, response time is quick. My family & I continue to return to this place because of how accomodating & comfortable our stay is. The location is also close to grocery & retails stores which is very convenient. If you want a quiet retreat, this is the place.
