The Space:
This Peoria paradise offers a vibrant setting for relaxation and fun. Play arcade games, challenge friends at darts, or gather in the open kitchen and living space. Step outside to your backyard oasis with a pool (not heated), BBQ grill, and fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king, queen, and two twin beds.

The house was perfect for our 8 day stay with 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect. The pillows provided could be better but they worked. They were pretty flat and not very comfortable. The Ac worked great but for some reason the bedrooms didn't get as cool as the rest of the house. With all that, we will save this place and will return to this house on our next Arizona visit.

This is a great property, but I hope it doesn't become too popular as I would like to stay there again. Perfect for our pet. Anything you want is within 3 miles. A few suggestions, more light at night in the back. All cleaning supplies in one area. New pads for the lounge chairs (and storage for same when not in use). This back yard is huge and the pool was sparklingly inviting. I wish I could give it 6 stars!!

House was nice. Great for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool. We also really enjoyed the darts and golden tee in the game room. The pool doesn't have any lights so we we're hesitant to let the kids swim after dark. We asked about a pool light on day 1 and never heard back. All but 1 message from the host seems to be a automated copy/paste. So communation and responsiveness was nada. There are some kitchen supplies available but you may need to buy a few things like cooking spray. We also bought our own ice because the ice maker didn't seem to work and would occasionally make a loud noise. Also at least one of the toilets needed care when using because it was very easy that clog. The water pressure in the showers was amazing but the one shower curtain was so cheap that the force of water hitting the shower wall would spray water into the bathroom. Luckily there were plenty of towels to throw on the floor.

House was great. Backyard was enormous. Pool was clean and cold. There is a BBQ grill and fireplace also.Inside the arcade games were clutch for keeping the kids busy.Would stay here again.
